I went into Kaiser urgent care and had an experience that I believe deserves kudos.
There were 2 gentleman there at the desk on Friday around 3-330 on a late lunch break and told them I may need to come back after work.
These 2 gentleman saw me as a human being needing to be taken care of and the steps they took are some of the best customer service I have seen. I don’t have the names but I am extremely thankful. Thank you so much! Please recognize them ❤🙏❤
Was seen more quickly than I expected, after advice nurse told me to go to urgent care. They checked vitals within 30-45m and then took me back to see the doctor, who was great. He was efficient and caring and let me know all my options. I was relieved to be out of there so quickly and with a treatment plan that I felt would help (and it has…this was a few days ago).
Visited urgent care twice in about three days, once for me and once for my daughter. Had Kindra as my nurse both times and she did exceptionally with both of us. Very pleasant, attentive, and helpful. Dr. Griffith was also wonderful and got me the care I needed.
