I was completely desperate and shocked when I first encountered a fire. They kindly took time to explain the next steps. Following the rigorous measures taking, the well prepared estimate helped me get through the inspection and insurance claims process without difficulty. Removal of damaged materials began immediately, and restoration was completed in time. Very knowledgeable, professional, great teamwork and excellent outcome. We bought our first home, and just a few days after moving in, we experienced a flood caused by a malfunctioning bidet left by the previous owners. Our realtor, Peter, recommended Surebuild, and within an hour, Alyona was at our home starting the mitigation process.
The journey that followed was incredibly stressful and took seven months before we could move back in. That said, Surebuild was there for us every step of the way.
