The entire team at JnB made me feel foolish for calling them before anyone else. I needed to get my AC diagnosed during one of the recent heat waves. Didn’t think I’d be able to get anything scheduled before the weather got better. Not only did they have multiple appointments available, some were so quick I wouldn’t have gotten home from work in time to meet them!
The technician they sent (Preston I believe) was courteous, professional and a wealth of knowledge about how things are working in my 100+ year old home. Jacob arrived on the same morning of our request for service in our Physical Therapy Dept. He was friendly, efficient and a fantastic problem solver. He asked the right questions and got straight to a solution. I will ask for him if/when I need work again.
