“Like many people, I am terrified of getting any oral work done at the dentist, but I have to admit that I’ve never had an experience like I had here before! I mean that in the absolute best way! Went in for wisdom teeth extractions and was in so much pain from one particular wisdom tooth that had been problematic for years, but I was always too afraid to go through with extractions. However, Dr. Wang and his care team actively listened to my concerns, answered every question I had, and were so very friendly and professional during the initial emergency exam due to severe tooth pain, that I decided now was the team and this was the place to go through with the procedure. His assistant, Fallen, was very communicative and so incredibly kind by helping calm my nerves before the procedure since I opted out of sedation and chose nitrous instead. She made me feel very comforted and made sure I had everything I needed, included offering me a squishy fidget to squeeze during the procedure, and took great care of me while I waited for the numbing injections and nitrous to kick in. Dr. Wang and Fallen listened immediately when I made it known I was starting to feel any pain midway the extractions, and they jumped right to numbing me again before continuing the procedure. They consistently asked if I was doing okay throughout each step of the way and explained the post op care after it was all done. I truly felt seen and heard as a patient and as a person :) I have nothing but great respect and good things to say about them! In my opinion, the new registration uniform feels outdated and disconnected from the modern healthcare environment. The look reminds me more of a casino dealer, flight attendant, or formal service uniform than a welcoming dental office setting.

One of the things I value in a workplace is a degree of professionalism balanced with employee autonomy and comfort. The new dress code feels overly rigid and leaves little room for personal expression or individuality among staff members. In a patient-facing role where building rapport and creating a warm atmosphere matters, the uniform can come across as unnecessarily formal and impersonal.

Healthcare workplaces have increasingly moved toward practical, comfortable, and professional attire that reflects both the needs of employees and the expectations of patients. Personally, I feel this uniform misses that balance and represents a step backward rather than forward in workplace culture.

You are in the business of smiles and the registration team is not smiling. Please consider allowing them to be in business casual that allows them to shine.“

“I have had nothing but wonderful service at One Dental! Everyone is so lovely. I have had two different dental hygienists: Betty and Sun. They are so friendly! Sun was especially helpful and knowledgeable too. She gave me a head and neck exam checking for signs of cancer. Apparently, that is something that should be happening at all dental check-ups/cleanings. That was the first one I've had in my life. So thorough!

“Always taken great care of for all of my cleanings, X-rays and the occasional filling. Friendly all around from the office manager, receptionists, schedulers, hygienists, and dentists. Been coming here 20+ years with my kids.
They take care in matching a hygienist to your needs. I have sensitive teeth and the hygienists are careful to warm up the water for rinsing.
The only dentists that I have experienced pain free numbing with when I'm having a filling - I don't know how, but they are skilled!“
