They always take us right away, are incredibly sweet, and are so considerate of Peach’s anxiety. Nail trims can be really stressful for her, but they make the whole experience feel easy and comfortable for both of us. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs they work with. I’m so grateful to have found such a kind and patient grooming team!“

“My dog and I love Top Dog! He hears the word “daycare” and gets so excited that he does a victory lap around the car before jumping in. He’s 70 lbs of chaos, but he is adequately worn out by the end of the day. They communicated clearly during his first few times there to share how he was adjusting. It was recommended to me by a friend who had spent a couple of hours observing in the facility before enrolling their dog, and they spoke highly of the methods they observed. They are also very understanding. Right after I bought a 10 day pass, I unexpectedly took medical leave, meaning I didn’t need to use daycare as often, but they let me extend the expiration and use all of my passes. I have also been stuck behind a crash in traffic and they were very understanding!“

Randi is incredible - her customer service was exceptional and she was so kind and gentle with our senior dog. She always groomed her exactly as we wanted. People would comment how soft she was and how good she smelled weeks after being groomed. I highly recommend RUFF!“

“Sunny is the best, she has been grooming our dogs for over 10 years, she is detailed, attentive and gentle, she has a special way with dogs, both Sydney and Lola love visiting Sunny, on Sydney’s visit today at her grooming appointment,she was so excited to see Sunny, she ran to Sunny with her tail wagging and full of excitement she was so happy to see Sunny that she had a small piddle on the floor. “Tracey did a wonderful job on our Cavapoo puppy. She looks adorable, and her coat is so soft and shiny. She really likes Tracey and seemed to be very relaxed and comfortable with her.
