RUFF provides a positive experience for pet grooming and care. Their team, including Kayla, takes good care of animals, explaining procedures and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Pets leave smelling good and feeling soft after a visit. The staff understands the needs of anxious or shy animals, often leaving them happy and relaxed. Customers praise the high standards of care, with some dogs being so comfortable they don't want to leave. The groomers consistently do a beautiful job, and the service is friendly and attentive. Many pet owners are willing to travel from far away to ensure their pets receive quality grooming at RUFF.
I absolutely loved the service I got from them. Australian Shepherd mix needed a summer haircut and our normal place couldn't get us in because he is a senior dog but they did a wonderful job and said how sweet my old dog was! And he is so handsome and did good enough with a new place a someone he didn't know, Michelle said she would definitely have him in again. Love you guys and thank you so much! My boy is bouncing and proud of his new dew!
I took my dog to Ruff for the first time today, and I seriously could not be happier with the experience! I was nervous and didn’t really know what to expect, but Will made everything so easy and comfortable from start to finish.
He was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted. My dog looked absolutely amazing when I picked her up, and you could tell she was well cared for and comfortable the entire time. The service was professional, fast, and honestly exceeded all of my expectations.

Wanted to try a new groomer because the one he was attending seemed a bit shady about a few things so cue in the long over-due grooming needed! Andie did amazing with him and his cut … we decided to try a Mohawk for the first time as well LOL. Anyways, would totally recommend Andie and Ruff to take care of all your grooming needs! I think we found our new place.:: amazing pricing as well!
