RUFF provides a positive experience for pet grooming and care. Their team, including Kayla, takes good care of animals, explaining procedures and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Pets leave smelling good and feeling soft after a visit. The staff understands the needs of anxious or shy animals, often leaving them happy and relaxed. Customers praise the high standards of care, with some dogs being so comfortable they don't want to leave. The groomers consistently do a beautiful job, and the service is friendly and attentive. Many pet owners are willing to travel from far away to ensure their pets receive quality grooming at RUFF.
We started taking our golden retriever here about 3 years ago and they are hands down the best groomer we went to in the 11 years of grooming our dog. Randi is incredible - her customer service was exceptional and she was so kind and gentle with our senior dog. She always groomed her exactly as we wanted. People would comment how soft she was and how good she smelled weeks after being groomed. I highly recommend RUFF!
My dog Vickie LOVED being at this groomers. (Mind you my dog has separation anxiety) They take care of your pet when grooming to the highest standards. Kara is a exceptional groomer and my pup didn't want to leave! Thank you guys! 😊💜 10 outta 5 paws 🐾
Fantastic customer service! They do a beautiful job on our girls and always go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and comfortable with the grooming trip! Andie is amazing, we drive all the way from Portland to have her continue to groom our 16 year old pup. Worth it!
