“After several years at another groomer and the only groomer our pups have known, we decided to make a change. Best decision we made this year and should have done this long ago. Cindy did an excellent job. We were able to visit with her prior to the grooming and again afterwards. Outstanding communication. She is very knowledgeable had gave us common sense suggestions. Never have we been able to talk to the actual groomer or even knew who it was at the assembly line groomer of the past. Both dogs were incredibly happy when we arrived to pick them up. They seemed to have a trust and liking of Cindy and their surroundings, not trying to run away from her. The Centralia Pet Resort gave us a personal experience at a great price. Thank you again.
