“After several years at another groomer and the only groomer our pups have known, we decided to make a change. Best decision we made this year and should have done this long ago. Cindy did an excellent job. We were able to visit with her prior to the grooming and again afterwards. Outstanding communication. She is very knowledgeable had gave us common sense suggestions. Never have we been able to talk to the actual groomer or even knew who it was at the assembly line groomer of the past. Both dogs were incredibly happy when we arrived to pick them up. They seemed to have a trust and liking of Cindy and their surroundings, not trying to run away from her. The Centralia Pet Resort gave us a personal experience at a great price. Thank you again. “Eva is a miracle worker with my reactive pets. She is so gentle and patient and does an amazingly thorough and knowledgeable job of grooming them, even though my own vet refuses to trim their nails. My dogs leave her place looking like they just stepped out of a show ring after arriving looking not much better than one step above neglected strays (I have long haired dogs and am very busy and sometimes don't have a chance to brush them regularly, so I'm very thankful that Eva doesn't pass judgement on me, just tells me how sweet my dog's personalities are). She takes time to carefully brush them out according to breed standard rather than taking a shortcut and just shaving them. And my dogs love Eva! They come home with a report card, a nicely packaged bag of treats, and wearing bandanas with totally awesome prints. The best part is how good they smell, even my naturally stinky pup. And that good smell stays for days and days!“
