Cindy did an excellent job. We were able to visit with her prior to the grooming and again afterwards. Outstanding communication. She is very knowledgeable had gave us common sense suggestions. Never have we been able to talk to the actual groomer or even knew who it was at the assembly line groomer of the past. Both dogs were incredibly happy when we arrived to pick them up.
