I almost never do reviews, good or bad, but Elias is hands down amazing and the best contractor I've ever had where I've actually spent a lot of effort comparing many different contractors for the same job.
Price: significantly more reasonably priced than 7 other contractors I met / talked with. He was super transparent from the first second through the last and he made darn sure there weren't any surprises. He pretty much works for himself so no unnecessary price increases there either.
