Antonio did an excellent job of wrestling an old heavy water heater out of my downstairs laundry room and installing a brand new one. He worked in difficult conditions without a complaint, quickly found solutions to problems of where to drain water, etc and put up with an overzealous canine head of security who decided he was a home invader. Couldn't have asked for a better technician, a more competent one or a more helpful one. Terrific guy. This is my second water heater from Benla and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a new machine.
Benla is a very professionally run operation. They were very responsive to our issues around a failing water heater and scheduled us in within 24 hours to have it replaced. The technician, Antonio, was very efficient and obviously well skilled in his craft. In addition to being a very nice guy! Benla pricing was very competitive, and I would highly recommend the company.
