“I am updating my review a year later because I just have to share that I would give this place 100 stars if I could. Our pup got sick during our recent vacation and the staff at this location was so thoughtful and thorough. Each time she had a vomiting incident they immediately took her temperature, checked her gums and belly, and sent us a picture with detailed information about what happened and discussed their care plan with us. They adjusted her activities and diet to be sensitive to her needs and went above and beyond to care for our girl, without charging us an extra dime. The manager even stayed late to meet us when we flew home early to talk through what had happened and recommendations for continued care, and also requested info from our vet in the future so they can keep their records up to date. It was such an immense relief to know our girl was in their care while we were so far away. Do not hesitate to trust your beloved pet family members with the staff here, they are exceptional!

Previous Review: I cannot say enough good things about Rainier Dog Resort & Spa. We just picked our dog up from her evaluation appointment and have had an absolutely perfect experience. We’ve had a negative boarding experience in the past so wanted to do an eval with a new place before planning a trip and I am so grateful we found this place. The photos they share throughout the day put your mind at ease, their set up and schedule is thoughtful and focused on dog well-being and needs, and they think of every little detail. Our dog is basically our kiddo and I feel so much relief to have found such an amazing team of people who really love dogs and treated our pup with such care! It was so great we’re considering taking our pup in for daycare in addition to boarding because of their awesome group play and enrichment programs. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!“

“My Newfie is on her 3rd tidy up groom today. We switched to Pet Evolution because our previous groomer, though amazing and closer to our home, is always booked out. It is easy to book appointments with Pet Evolution as they are fairly new and easy to set appointments with. There's also more competition in this area than the previous one we go to, so people have a variety of places to choose from. Staff are sweet and kind, very welcoming. Our groomer has been the same groomer since she's been coming here, so it's not a revolving door of disgruntled people. In fact, even the front facing crew are always helpful and kind! I love that the place is right beside one of my fave sushi places! There's also a grocery store nearby, so you can do all your errands in one go, very convenient. It takes them around 3 hours to groom and deshed my 120lb Newf, and I believe they charge a reasonable price for the effort. Communication is easy. They also have self serve areas that are kept clean and stocked. It's fairly spacious that you can go around the tub instead of having to reposition your dog all the time. Reasonable rates for that as well. I have zero complaints about this place as you can tell that they genuinely love the animals that roll through their doors.“

“First time at woof gang and Tanner did such a great job! Our one year old pup Princes Yue is challenging to say the least - she’s anxious getting groomed and can be very vocal and squirmy….especially when trying to trim her nails. Tanner and team did a great job at addressing all my concerns to their best capabilities while also not pushing her too much. They were able to bathe her, trim most of her nails, brush/ trim her fur in and in a short time frame. You can tell that they really care and are honest. I will definitely be a regular client.“

“I've worked in pet care for over a decade and am VERY picky about where I will take my dog. I've worked with many clients who use Camp Crockett and now we take our own dog there as well. Here is what I have observed: The staff are ON it. They are well trained in pack dynamics and they run a tight ship. This is very important as a lot of dog daycares are completely unaware of pack dynamics. It's mindblowing but true. My pup is a sweet guy but not the brightest. I wanted him to have fun, but not be bullied. He is so happy and clearly feels safe at Camp Crockett. When we get too boring at home, he goes up to his harness and asks to go! All the staff and owners clearly love dogs and they work hard to maintain a safe and happy space for the dogs. The area is also very clean. You will never find poop sitting around. Pee is rinsed regularly and all pups are required to be altered, vaccinated, and have updated fecal tests to prove they are in good health. I appreciate this too. Our guy has never been ill as a result of camp. I won't even take him to the dog park, but I trust Camp Crockett. I've had many pups over the years and taken care of a thousand more. Our dog is SO happy. He is living his best life and we are forever grateful to Camp Crockett. They are kind, they are hardworking, and they are dedicated. What more could we ask for?!“
