This family-owned multi-location business was courteous and kind on the phone. They created a beautiful arrangement and delivery was as promised. Interestingly enough, I called the Sequim office and got the Spanaway office. They are all interlinked to help provide faster service. It was the Sequim office that managed the flowers and delivery.
I called in the afternoon and the young man made some suggestions for bouquets, took my order, and agreed to deliver SAME DAY! The order was delivered shortly after that and it is BEAUTIFUL! GOOD JOB WILLIAMS!I don't live in Tacoma, but I have family there and I will always use WILLIAMS FLOWER & GIFT in the future!
This company is exemplary! I called early in the morning and was not expecting the flowers to be delivered that day as I had dropped the ball. This flower shop completed my order and delivered the flowers to Mom at the assisted living care facility the same day! The florist and Mom are in the same town. They've got my lifetime business! Very professional and the flowers were beautiful! Thank you for making my mom's birthday so special!
