Heather was always there to answer our questions. if we asked for something her answer was always, we can do that. She made a very difficult times much easier because of her compassion and caring about us. We are eternally grateful for having the luck to have chosen you to work with us.
We especially liked the caring demonstrated by the staff throughout our experience. Particularly the absence of any “hard sell” tactics we have experienced in dealing with other mortuaries in previous situations. From start to finish Week’s’ Dryer personnel were competent and courteous.
I have lost 2 loved ones in the last year alone and have dealt with Weeks’ Dryer on both. Heather is whom took me in and helped me with all preparations of my loved ones. Especially at times like this sometimes we can’t think because we’re too emotional, Heather will just handle everything on her own even taking up her own time to make sure I was taken care of during this time of need even if we have to take care of things over the phone.
