They were extremely friendly yet not overbearing, and they didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff that I didn't want. I understand that different people need different things when they grieve. If I wanted a fancy urn or anything else it was available but not pushed upon me. Very reasonable rates!
I used TM&M to handle the cremation of my pup. Colin, the general manager was incredible. He was kind and thoughtful and delivered my good dog in a beautiful urn with beautiful engraving. Definitely recommend for the excellent service, kind people, and respectful final resting piece.
