We picked up my childhood dogs ashes today, once my mom came home with the box i was very happy about receiving paw and nose prints of my sweet boy and the urn box is very very nice and came in a nice velvet bag. We had a small hiccup about a cremation date certificate but they fixed it right away and was so apologetic and sent us a corrected certificate.They are great people and care about their work. I know that he was taken great care of throughout the whole process and respected as if it was their own pup. From the initial phone call, everyone was respectful and helpful. I met with Ellen who was professional and sympathetic. Everything was taken care of quickly despite an abnormal family situation. Ellen explained everything to me and walked me through the paperwork. Angel in the front office was literally an Angel. I received the death certificate, accurate and no need for corrections. Finally, the price was something I could manage. As difficult as it was, they made it easy and bearable. I am thankful to have found them. Now my brother can rest in peace. Thank you all!
