I spoke with a representative at 10am who told me a service tech would be out between 1-5pm the same day. At 5pm, after no tech arrived, I spoke with a representative who then told me no one was coming today (no notice given), and that the earliest one could arrive would be five days away. Their name clearly doesn't match their service.

I called Benchmark Same-Day Heating & Cooling because of the high marks on their review and I was not disappointed. We had a large family weekend planned and our air wasn't working when we arrived. I called them and they came the next morning and fixed it for a reasonable price. They came back for another issue and fixed that also. I couldn't be happier with their service.

We needed to have a valve replaced and a new humidifier installed. We’ve relied upon Benchmark for many years and have always been thrilled with their service and reliability. They were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. I continue to recommend them for all heating and air conditioning issues.
