About a week later, Shannon followed up with me to ask how I was liking them. I let her know that I liked the look of the lashes, but felt they were shedding faster than expected. She was very understanding and offered to have me come back for another set at no charge.
At the follow-up appointment, she took the time to explain that oil or moisture may have contributed to the retention issue and adjusted the application to help the lashes last longer. The new set has been holding up much better so far.
Shannon is such a light! My lashes always turn out so beautiful, and the whole experience feels relaxing from start to finish. I always leave feeling refreshed, put together, and more confident. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure everything looks perfect. Highly recommend:)
