The Commencement Bay Brokers team has been proactive, responsive, and take charge from the get-go. They are ready and willing to tackle every obstacle in the way of buying or selling a house. They have hooked us up with contractors to take care of issues with our home, and they have created a timeline with everything that needs to be accomplished with selling our house and buying a new one.

We started this year with very little knowledge of the housing market but hoping to buy our first home. Commencement Bay Brokers, LLC made the process so easy and were always available for our many questions. We were very fortunate to find a home that we loved earlier than we expected but we were able to get through the process with very little stress thanks to all the hard work from this team. I am so glad that we found out about this group and highly recommend them to everyone.
