Cheryl assisted us in buying a rental property at what seemed like the worst time ever to find a place. Soaring prices, limited property availability, and other craziness that we've seen in the last two years. She is professionalism personified! She has 30+ years experience, the patience of an angel, and she treats everyone she meets with respect! And she's friendly too. Needless to say we were eventually successful in our goal and it is all thanks to her perseverance. We will most definitely work with her again, hopefully soon.
