Great service. The pricing is a little on the high side but it is totally worth it. Location is easy to get to and there is plenty of parking.I recommend this salon for all of your hair needs.

My daughter, sister, & I all go to Chroma Salon, specifically Stevie Jo, & we are always thrilled with the results. She takes the extra time to really find out what results we're hoping for & goes out of her way to make sure we leave happy.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I had been going here for a couple years with no problem. I went to Cynthia and showed her a picture but specifically said that I did not want my hair that short as I like to put my hair in a ponytail. I tilted my head down and she chopped it way shorter than I had said. I left and didn't say anything. a week later I brought my daughter to her for a haircut and told Cynthia how much I hated my haircut. she said "really" then walked away to cut my daughters hair. afterwards she acted as though I hadn't said anything....zero apology!! then I texted the owner and have had zero response. terrible customer service. update.
