My daughter, sister, & I all go to Chroma Salon, specifically Stevie Jo, & we are always thrilled with the results. She takes the extra time to really find out what results we're hoping for & goes out of her way to make sure we leave happy.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.
I had been going here for a couple years with no problem. I went to Cynthia and showed her a picture but specifically said that I did not want my hair that short as I like to put my hair in a ponytail.
I tilted my head down and she chopped it way shorter than I had said.
I left and didn't say anything.
a week later I brought my daughter to her for a haircut and told Cynthia how much I hated my haircut. she said "really" then walked away to cut my daughters hair. afterwards she acted as though I hadn't said anything....zero apology!!
then I texted the owner and have had zero response. terrible customer service.
update. Several weeks later: the owner has still not even bothered to get back to me.

Amazing! I was looking for a new salon and I've had my hair highlighted many times but I wanted to go for a more lived in look and Ashley was awesome. I showed her some photos of what I was going for and she did a great job - thanks Ashley! I'll definitely be back :)

I had an awesome experience here. I saw Gabi, who came highly recommended by friends. And trust me, I walked out of there looking GREAT. She really listened to what I wanted. The whole salon felt like a good environment. Would recommend to anyone!

First time experience. I made an appointment 3 days prior to the scheduled day over the phone. I was leaving town for vacation and needed to be seen before I left town. I drove all the way there for my appointment only to be told that the stylist I was supposed to be meeting with was not there I sat there for 5 minutes until she just apologized for the scheduling issue. I had 3 confirmation text messages sent to me throughout the week and all they did was say sorry and that I couldn't be seen by anyone else either. I spent the whole day waiting for that appointment when I could have booked somewhere else or days before and got my hair done like I needed (only bangs cut) That's ridiculous and I won't be trying to go back or referring anyone.

I love this place, I’ve been seeing Mary going on 5 years now! Love her! She is so sweet and professional. I’ve had nothing but bad hair experiences at salons my whole life. Even if I was just getting a trim-1/2 inch taken off it would be horrible. Until Chroma. This is the only place I recommend. Literally. I look forward to my appointments when I see them coming up on my calendar. It’s just a really chill place and positive vibes. Everyone’s always smiling or laughing. We all need a little self care, treat yourself!

The one star is because it was impossible to get an appointment, terrible customer service. I left 2 emails, with no replies. I called and left a voicemail, they called right back asked a few questions, said they would call back, they didn't. I called again and left a voicemail, no answer. I called in person into the salon, when someone finally noticed I was stood there, they gave me the card of a stylist, said she had space the following week and would call me. guess what, no call. So I texted the stylist, she never texted back . I guess they don't need the business that bad, good for them, took my business elsewhere.
