This is the first time I’ve used Home Comfort Alliance for plumbing issues. Had a slow draining bathroom sink, had let it go too long and vinegar and boiling water no longer worked. I just had my mini split serviced when the power just shut off. Every person I worked with from the scheduler at the front desk, sales rep and technicians were very helpful and professional. They were fast at getting a technician out and the communication was amazing. I didnt have to take a whole day off of work and it gave you a play by play on where the tech was and arrival time. I called on a Monday, tech came out in the afternoon and was able to fix it while troubleshooting the problem. It was a great experience and I would recommend this company to anybody.
