Dr. Cool, Inc. is a local, family owned company in Sumner, WA, and surrounding areas, in the HVAC business since 1989. They install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for homes and businesses. The team is awesome, nice, caring, and professional. Customers called and they were there the next day with an honest quote. A new heat pump was installed in one day, and customers were not freezing. The company provides great communication and service throughout the process. Technicians were extremely professional and efficient. The part was replaced, and all is working well. A cleaning was performed on request, and the heat pump looks brand new. Customers know they are in good hands. The company is quick, clean, and provides quality work at the best price. Out of four estimates, Dr. Cool was the most reasonable. They offer return customer, military veteran, and referral discounts. The technicians worked tirelessly, going above and beyond, and were personable, patient, and communicative. Customers highly recommend doing business with Dr. Cool. They came in significantly lower on bids than other companies. Referral bonuses are also given. Customers wish more companies operated like them. Be sure to get a bid from them for service.
Awesome people. Called and they were there the next day to give me an honest quote. 3 days later my new heat pump was installed and I wasn't freezing. I would recommend them to anyone. Can't say enough about how nice, carrying, and professional they are.
We very recently had a new electric hot water heater installed by Dr. Cool, Inc. We chose to do business with This local, family owned company for 2 reasons: #1 - We are a return customer, having had Dr. Cool install a new HVAC system 5 years ago
#2 - Out of 4 estimates for a new water heater in our manufactured home, Dr. Cool was the most reasonable. Mark Clanton came to our home, spent considerable time and patience with us in presenting the cost estimate. Fantastic company to work with. My dad originally had his furnace replaced by them so when I needed a new one for my rental I went with these guys. I can remember the guys name who came out but he was very friendly, low pressure and they came in much lower on the bid than the other company who quoted me. I also received an additional discount since my father referred me. I was very happy with the install and price. My in-laws recently needed a new furnace and asked for recommendations.
