Deciding to get NBR extensions with Angela was one of the best decisions of my life. My glow is completely different, I actually feel beautiful and I shine so much more! Before I saw Angela, I struggled daily with my hair and had the worst self esteem issues tying strictly to how my hair looked. I was damaging it even worse than it already was trying to make it blonde or using heat tools daily. I finally realized I needed to just take the step and get extensions, which is what led me to Angela. Since seeing her, my natural hair has grown so much under my extensions and I've never been happier altogether. Getting ready everyday is so much easier now and it's amazing how even something like your hair changes how you look completely. I have been coming to New Appearances for many years for my hair needs and I always love my experience. Not only are all of the stylists wonderful and welcoming, its a beautiful studio and you feel like you are an old friend. I have a LOT of curly, thick, coarse hair and I never ever leave feeling like I was a burden or that it was too much. If needed, my go to girl Kaylee will bring over a stylist to help blowdry, straighten or curl my hair to speed up the process and it always feels so wonderful to be pampered in such a way. I am a mom of 3 and this is one of those things I always make time for because in those postpartum times your girly desperately needed some help simply washing and brushing my hair. Thank you Kaylee and ALLLLL of the wonderful women who work in this salon. I truly am thankful to have such a wonderful gem of a salon to recommend to friends.
If you live in the Pierce county area and you're looking for a solid new stylist, go see Payton at Bangs! She does such great work. Im always so hesitant letting anyone new touch my hair, but she truly listens, and she just gets it. Not only did she make my hair look fantastic with a great cut and color, but she also did my teenage daughters hair, who has incredibly thick hair. She nailed it. My daughter came out beaming and said it's the best cut she's ever had. Payton is obviously very in tune with her craft, and she delivers. She also happens to be super sweet. Go see her!

Jane did such a beautiful job on my hair this morning! I’ve been going to the same gal for 7 years at my regular salon and shes on maternity leave so I had to find someone else in the meantime. It’s always scary going to someone new but she matched my usual partial balayage and toned it perfectly and gave me my light layers exactly as I asked. Not to mention her hands were so gentle I almost nodded off! The salon itself has a nice atmosphere, the front desk gals were very kind. They gather information from you beforehand on hair goals which is above and beyond so I was able to send photos well before my appointment. Super clean and organized system. So glad I found this place!

Top Line Nails Salon one of the place when nails always turn out so nice and beautiful Sam always doing fantastic job on my nails. Pedicure is amazing. They have multiple options . I tried one with essential oils and long massage Don Don did awesome job. This place have free drinks, snacks. It honestly one of my favorite place to come after working long hours just little "girly get away time". I had hard time find right place for my nails before , this place will always my favorite. My skin very sensitive and they listen and always asking if everything comfortable and double check if shape of nails good. I really like that they respect and listen customers. Place is very clean and welcoming!! Highly recommended!!

From booking an appointment to my haircut - everything was great. I called in yesterday checking to see if they had availability and I was able to get an appt for the next day at the time I wanted. You can also book online if you'd like. The salon looks clean and my stylist Payton did an amazing job on my haircut today! I showed her a few pictures/ videos of what I was looking for and asked if it would suit my face - she gave me great advice. I love the length and the way she styled it. I Will definitely be returning back and booking her.
Joanne and Julie are amazing, professional and friendly . They provide a lovely natural look. I find the lashes makes everyday makeup a breeze when you have a busy work schedule. Also a nice space and extremely relaxing way to spend a morning on your day off. I can't say enough about this builder and the quality of his construction. I've owned my Steve Jensen Home for 10 years now and my home looks just as good now as when I bought it. His warranty was excellent. We only had a few minor paint chips but he came out and touched it up right away. I'm now selling it and purchasing another one that he's built in Bellevue.
Even though I wasn’t a customer of theirs, Mary went out of her way to help me when I was in a tough spot. I wish I would have known about them earlier before hiring out for countertops. I will be back for my next renovation. Thanks Mary!

I had anxiety about seeing a chiropractor again because of some bad experiences in the past but I’m really glad I gave Dr. Bains a chance.
I’ve been in constant pain from old career injuries… Dr Bains took the time to actually listen and understand what I’ve been through. He made me feel comfortable right away and didn’t rush the visit. The adjustment felt safe and really helped! He also pointed out multiple misaligned ribs that I wrote off as “normal pain” years ago… amazing! You can tell he truly cares about helping people feel better. He’s not just pushing everyone through a generic crack in the box routine.

I was not doing well last November, my MRI showed neck disc protrusion, bad scoliosis, and I was having gut issues (which led to blood issues/severe anemia) largely due to the immobility of my mid back. I was in pain, barely able to lift my head off the pillow, in and out of the ER.
Now, 8 months later, I'm a vibrant young lady again! Dr Garton really sees into health issues and carefully supports the body healing process. His adjustment is so gentle yet so effective! I've seen several chiropractors before, and after the last one I wasn't ready to ever go see one again - that's how violated and broken my body felt after all the cracking. In contrast, Dr Garton took time to refer me to get more X-rays done before adjusting, used the activator to ensure a gentle start and is just an essential part of my life now. I'm beyond grateful he is around and still practicing. Highly recommend to see him if you are in pain and looking to restore your health.
PS: his dog-helpers are such a sweet added bonus to treatment, my kids absolutely love them!

I've been to many massage therapists over the years but Massage on Main is the only one I go to now. Billie is amazing; she has always been able to deal with whatever tension and pain I have. I'm calling her right now to get in because my shoulder is killing me, and I know I'm going to feel great when she's finished!
