Update...
I just wanted to say that I know you made this right, and I am so glad! Good for you, for doing the right thing.

I was thinking about trying your salon until my friend showed me the botched job that was done on her hair. The stylist was also very rude to her and called her names. Now she has to go to her son's wedding, not feeling her best. Every time she looks at the wedding photos, she will remember your salon, and not in a good way. A woman's hair is her crowning glory, and you guys stripped her of that. Or you can make it right... Fix her hair free of charge and apologize for the stylist rude and disrespectful behavior. Remember that a salon is only as good as its worst stylist. He is giving your business a bad name.
