I called them after getting a wildly inflated quote from another company (Apollo) for a small leak repair under a bathroom sink and a pressure regulator install. Apollo wanted $4,800 for the job, plus a $99 fee just to give me the quote. Alpine came out, diagnosed the issue, and had the whole job done in two hours. Total cost was $820 ($500 in labor and $320 in parts), a fraction of what I'd been quoted elsewhere.
They also measured my water pressure at 77 psi, well within normal range, instead of the alarming 125 psi Apollo claimed. We still installed the regulator since it's good practice when near 80 psi, but there was no false urgency or scare tactics involved. Just straightforward, competent work.
