“Wife and I found some spiders that weren't part of Halloween decorations. Doing a quick google search, Spokane Pest Pro was the first result and with 5 stars which is nearly unheard of with reviews. Read some of the reviews, jumped on the website and got a quote on a weekend and within a couple of hours had an email from Karen with a estimate. She sent Kevin out and he surveyed things and the quote was spot on. He went through other options and gave his opinions on if what would be needed and not needed for our property, no up sell or pressure to do more than what was needed. He did thing and took care of evidence of the spiders being around and can rest easy my children won't jump to the thought of burning down the house to take care of the spider problem. If the first communication and visit is any indication of how service will be going forward, I don't know how I could feel any better!
