Ashley, in particular, has been praised for her helpfulness in repairing and adjusting glasses. She takes her time to educate customers about the differences in glasses and ensures a perfect fit. Her kindness, patience, and dedication to her work are greatly appreciated by customers, making for a positive shopping experience.
Went in to see if I could get a nose piece repaired on my son's glasses and Ashley was very helpful. She fixed the glasses and adjusted them so they fit perfect. Afterwards she popped the lenses out of my glasses and was able to clean the frames for me. She was great.
Staff are knowledgeable and spend their time educating about glasses and their differences, and help find the best fit. Ashley was amazing and helped adjust my sunglasses. She was kind, knowledgeable, and you could tell she really cared! 10/10 would recommend. She was in no rush even though it was minutes to closing time. Truly appreciated!
Went in to replace my eye glasses (badly bent frame) at Walmart Vision where I had purchased them. The lady at the counter suggested the frames might be repaired, and that Ashley M. was the very person to try. Ashley took my frames into the back room and 10 minutes later brought them out, she had somehow managed to straighten them like new. And “no charge”. Thank you Ashley, you are the best.
