Five stars for the entire team at the Mann-Grandstaff VAMC. I recently moved out of the Spokane area, and experiencing another clinic made me realize just how incredible this facility truly is. From primary care to the specialty clinics, the entire staff goes above and beyond for veterans. They communicate promptly, listen to your concerns, and genuinely care about your success outside of the hospital. This facility sets the gold standard for VA care.
My least favorite thing about this VA. There's one stall in the family bathroom which is also effectively the only female bathroom. 🙃
Other than that, this VA is great! I love the ER staff and the vets are amazing!
The staff at Mann-Grandstaff have always been caring, professional, and thorough. My primary care physician, community care team, and nurses are amazing and have gone above and beyond when I had some service connected issues over the years.
