Olivia Courser is an incredible women’s health provider with a posture towards gentle care and curiosity. She was extremely communicative during my pap smear to ensure I felt safe, in control, and informed of each part of the process. She also took the time to check in with me about my mental health, something almost all other providers skip over, and held space for me with a loving and productive lens. I felt truly cared for and not rushed in any capacity. Highly recommend!
I can only speak about the prenatal care I received. Every nurse I worked with, whether it was a blood draw or vitals, was incredibly sweet, patient, and didn't mock me (at least outwardly lol) over my fear of needles. But I think the real star is Olivia C. If you need prenatal care, please ask for her. She was of course knowledgeable, patient--since this is my first pregnancy and I really didn't know as much as I thought I did--and she helped with external resources and coordinating with other facilities to get me the proper resources that Chas couldn't provide. I cannot recommend this location and the staff enough for prenatal care.
I've switched providers three times in 8 years at this clinic. Marcy was the last one and she was extremely condescending and rude on our first and second visit and I didn't say anything but on the third visit she kept on correcting everything I was saying and how I was saying it making it absolutely impossible to talk. I'm hoping number four will be a little better. I know this is State health Care but that doesn't give you a right to talk down, correct, and belittle your patients 🤷🏼♀. Do better Spokane. We don't need any more rude nurse practitioners pretending to be doctors. 🙄
