Had eye exam, new Rx. scheduled to have lens put into my own personal frames-only a year old. Cost for two pair of glasses -lens only- over $900$$$!!!... was told 7-10 days both pair of glasses would be finished. Left both pair and have NO other glasses. It has been over 5 WEEKS and no glasses... was told they were sent to Oregon. This is just beyond crazy. I can not drive-no glasses and still waiting. Should have gone to Costco or somewhere else and saved mega dollars and had glasses returned in a week. Beware---
I rush here to be on time as I’m the first appt of the day and they are STILL 15 mins late! I’m so tired of my time not be respected. I have a job and obligations just the same and would appreciate if the urgency for a scheduled time would be honored the same as I make it a point to be on time. I’m not going to lie. I was annoyed and felt unvalued so I got a important call in the waiting room when I already waited that long I decided to take that important call and not hang up with it since my time wasn’t respected I’m not showing the same respect! Now I’m sitting in the exam room after 39 mins past my appt time and yet to see the doc! This is unacceptable!...read full review
Overall, rather pleased with the quality of care provided by Kaiser. Today I had lab work and needed to pick up a prescription that I ordered online via the app this morning. Usually i have the prescription delivered to my home, however I was given the choice of picking up here. I thought let's kill two birds with one stone; how convenient. However they do not refill my prescription at this location after all. I suppose digital care is only as good as the author and interface designer. First world problems, fortunately with my script...not medically life threatening.
