From the first time I step foot into this facility I felt welcomed and was treated with genuine kindness! My provider, Dr. G, has been such a help and has really worked with me on getting to where I need to be with managing my pain. He is skilled, knows what he is doing, spends time educating me as a patient, and speaks the truth, both direct/to the point, but also from an obvious place of genuine care and concern for my wellbeing! I don't know how anyone could say such negative things about this place that is doing so much good and helps so many people! I just had to come on here to say: Please!! Read more than just a few reviews.This place is not anything like what the one star reviewers state. I have had nothing but an outstanding experience at this clinic! All of the providers are incredibly caring, respectful, and focused on helping their patients get to feeling better. I feel well listened to and never feel rushed at my appointments. All patients are told they need to arrive an hour early to get the intake paperwork completed as standard procedure for the first appointment, after that it's 15 minutes prior to your appointment - pretty standard. I have been at Restore since they opened. I was also seeing Christian before at Lynx. I have never had a medical professional listen to me and treat me with more care and compassion than he has. I have gone through terrible pain the last 10 years and he has done nothing but try to help me. He also encouraged me when I decided to get off of the opioid I was taking. I wish all doctors and nurses could be more like Christian, the world would be a much better place.
