Absolutely amazing customer service! Johnathon and his team consistently go above and beyond to ensure our server and workstations are always online, up to date, and functioning perfectly. They respond to phone calls and emails at all hours of the day and night, and I have yet to find something they couldn't help us resolve. We were hacked a year ago (self-induced issue), and the JL Computers team had us back up and running the next day with all of our data perfectly intact. Fantastic place! I went there for my PC when it stopped working and I was pleasantly surprised at how well my experience went! I got great value for my repair, and they even checked in on me later in the day to see if their other suggestions worked. 10/10 would recommend and I will be going there for all of my PC needs from now.
