Alex is very humble, friendly, and goes out of his way to please his customers. They include a warranty for their labor and have helped many clients resolve their computer problems, earning a reputation for being helpful and reliable.
I needed to free up storage on my laptop and Alex helped find out what was taking up so much space (duplicates!).
