Recently I was in an accident with an automobile while on my morning bike commute. When I reached out to Barden & Barden I was completely lost on how to deal with the situation I was facing. Jed and his team were extremely easy to talk to and walked me through every step, explaining everything going on, and helping me navigate the situation with an insurance company and medical bills. I would have been in a bad situation had I not made the phone call to talk with them. Jed, Heather and their team are such incredible people and and I am so thankful for their support in my case.

Jed and Heather of Barden and Barden were so pleasant and compassionate to work with. I had a surgery (vitrectomy) on my right eye, the end result was a central artery occlusion the left me legally blind in my right eye, after the surgery I questioned whether I had been given all of the options available and whether I had been properly informed. I contacted Barden and Barden, when we met and I shared my experience they agreed that I indeed had a valid case worth pursuing, with the desired goal of changing the informed consent process so that future patients were given every available option, with pros and cons, with the hope of preventing a similar tragic outcome. My experience with Heather and her team was exactly as I hoped it would be. Lawsuits are ugly, frustrating and arduous. Heather is highly intelligent, tenacious and aggressively advocates for her clients. She is fantastic!
