I recently purchased a Ruvati stainless steel sink from this company and when it arrived we were amazed at the sturdy packaging of the product! It was beautiful and high quality at a great price. After we got it out we realized we had ordered the wrong size and needed to ship it back. Russell was incredibly helpful and was there every step of the way to get it returned correctly to their company. He even found options for a different product to meet our needs. I am very pleased with the level of service we received from them, and the high quality product they supplied to us!
