The technician, Mark, went above and beyond to get my disabled tenant's washer up and running asap; getting it diagnosed in the morning and coming back later in the same day to repair it. He is more than just a technician, he is considerate and compassionate, and I am grateful for his service.
Also, the folks at ABC are experienced enough to have ordered the needed part just based on my description of the problem over the phone when scheduling the appointment. So, there was no need to schedule a second appointment after Mark confirmed the issue.
They have the best team ever! From the person who answers the phones to the ladies who helped us carry our stackable washer dryer. The technician who visited our house was very helpful and nice I wish I could remember his name but he was from Ukraine. We are extremely happy with their service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Second time I’ve used these guys and gals. Amazing from top to bottom. Customer service from everyone I’ve talked to is great. Service is great. Honest and fair too, never feel taken advantage of. We will continue to use Appliance Hospital at all properties!
