ABC Appliance Hospital
“The technician, Mark, went above and beyond to get my disabled tenant's washer up and running asap; getting it diagnosed in the morning and coming back later in the same day to repair it. He is more than just a technician, he is considerate and compassionate, and I am grateful for his service.
Also, the folks at ABC are experienced enough to have ordered the needed part just based on my description of the problem over the phone when scheduling the appointment. So, there was no need to schedule a second appointment after Mark confirmed the issue.”
