We used service master for our corporate offices. Everyone in the office complained about the poor service we were receiving. Bathrooms were not cleaned at all for a month. Overall we experienced extremely apathetic staff. Ultimately we terminated our service after they came and "cleaned" 2 days apart and falsified the records to indicate there was biweekly cleaning for that month. Upon terminating our agreement they attempted to charge us over $1000 in cancelation fees. Poor business practices and terrible service.
