If I could I would give Restoration Done 20 out of 5 stars... I am unbelievably happy with them. Long story short I posted some before pictures as 2 trees had fallen unto our house causing a huge problem and then dealing with our insurance company was a bigger problem! We were actually recommended to go with Restoration Done. We met with Eric D. And let me tell you he was on board with us 100% through the headache we were dealing with. Restoration Done responded very quickly to our call and answered all of our questions and concerns. Their technicians are highly trained and experienced. They dispatched the crew in a timely manner and from start to finish the company was very professional. They were respectful of our property and belongings. The company kept our family updated throughout the entire process and efficiently completed the job. It was as if it never happened. Also it was really helpful that they had 24 Hour emergency service. I highly recommend using Restoration Done to restore your property. I will be hiring them in the future if needed.
Restoration Done was very easy to work with because I only had to deal with one company start to finish. Dennis was on site throughout the fire mitigation process and did an excellent job communicating each step as the work progressed. Restoration Done handled the fire damage professionally and efficiently; removing all affected materials safely and thoroughly while keeping the job site organized.
