Over a period of nearly three years Dr. Poovey performed several oral surgery procedures on my mouth to save my gums and my teeth. I had so much anxiety and fear going in for my first procedure. Dr. Poovey, assistants, and staff were all very calm, encouraging, and THEY LISTENED to me. My anxiety wasn't disregarded, my fears weren't pushed aside, and I wasn't forced into anything at all.

Dr. Nygaard and her staff are phenomenal. I just had a gum graft done and was quite anxious about the whole process, including the recovery. The procedure went smoothly and was above and beyond my anxious expectations. I am only on day 2, but the pain is minimal. She even called me personally after 24 hours to check in on me. Truly professional, but also she and her staff are simply kind humans. I cannot sing their praises enough.
