I was taken back at my appointment time (no wait) and Dr. Thompson entered the patient room in a timely manner. I had a prescription for glasses from a different provider that I didn't feel was the right prescription, and Dr. Thompson was extremely thorough in making sure we got the right prescription this time. He was laid back, easy to talk to, and attentive. Also, this is my first experience with being fit for contacts/wearing contacts and I was very happy with that experience.
