About Eye Care Associates
Eye Care Associates is known for its amazing staff who are caring, kind, and helpful. Patients feel welcomed and valued as the entire team, from the front desk to the doctors, goes above and beyond to accommodate their needs. Many customers describe the staff as family and express gratitude for the support provided during their visits. The eye exams are efficient and professional, particularly under the care of Dr. B. However, some patients have experienced delays in receiving their glasses and have noted issues with communication regarding their orders. Despite these challenges, the overall atmosphere and dedicated service make Eye Care Associates a preferred choice for eye care needs.
