They are so thorough & really go the extra mile to make sure your prescription is what you need & they have a good selection of frame. Everyone is so friendly & I’m just so thankful for the lengths they go to to help you get what you need. I can’t rave about them enough!

Daniel was a customer service ROCKSTAR! He balanced working with an extremely difficult customer & us at the same time all while flying solo in the optical department. We certainly appreciated his extra patience with us when we swapped using our insurance for contacts rather than glasses after he’d already put all the information in. We’ve always had exceptional service & will continue to return in the future.

Ive been getting my glasses here for a long time and will continue to get my glasses here. Really awesome customer service, didn't feel rushed or confused about what I got and they have a really good selection.
