Zack Lyons from Cougar Mechanical did an extensive and thorough check up of my furnace and A/C and left me a copy of the problems he found and recommendations to fix them. I give Zack my highest recommendation.
Gunnar came out for a basic maintenance on our system, I happened to have the day off and asked if I could watch/learn.
Absolute craftsman and pleasure to work with.
He walked me through step by step everything he was doing, we have a newer home. Downstairs stays cold and upstairs doesn’t, it was just a setting and too many filters.
