Melvin our tech. from Cougar heating and air-conditioning was amazing!!! He fixed the problem which we were having with our heat pump right off the bat. This is after one of their competitor’s “fixed” our problem yesterday. We have done business with that “competitor” for years and years, (15-20). So impressed with Melvin’s knowledge and expertise. The man knows his business. Many thanks Melvin!!!
Our tech today was an exceptional; super knowledgeable, friendly, and really felt like someone I could trust. My AC is blowing cold again, happy customer that will use them in the future!!
Ryan did the yearly maintenance on our air conditioning unit today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure we understood how to keep our unit running smoothly between checkups.
