8/24. Besides taking almost 2 months of back and forth, the company is going to replace the window. I am grateful for that. Thank you!Horrible company that passes you off to several people and no one communicates. Our window frame is cracked and they do nothing about it. Filed 2 claims, had a glass company come out and try to call Cascade for us because even THEY say it's Cascades issue. Nothing. We are the original owners only living in this house for less than 2 years and this is the second window that's broken. They refused to fix the first one too! Do not use them!! I Give the service dept 5 star Thank goodness for the SERVICE DEPARTMENT (SPENCER AND STEVEN HOPKINS THEY ARE AMAZING) I had a life time warrantee on my windows. Cascade which is now Cornerstone came out to look at the windows this was February 2023 then ordered them Michelle contacted me which she doesn't work there anymore she would set up appts for them to come and schedule me on a different day this happened 3 times. Then Michelle would order the wrong windows and wrong size this happened 4 times or more. So I got a hold of Cindy Martin she a supervisor she contacted me one time I tried to contact her 3 times no answer wouldn't return phone call or emails at all...read full review

Cascade did an excellent job with our windows. These windows were very custom. Excellent serve, product and lead times.There were a few issues(very minor) but the service crew fixed them right away.
