Cancer Care Northwest provides outstanding and compassionate care. The facility features state of the art modern equipment. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and works together as a great team. Patients describe receiving kind, professional, and respectful treatment. The doctors and nurses are encouraging and take time to explain everything and answer questions. The care is described as top notch, with a willingness to go the extra mile from every staff member encountered, from scheduling and the front desk to the therapists and physicians. Patients feel well cared for during difficult times and report that all the people honestly care. The overall experience is one of exceptional and fortunate care.
The care I received from Dr. Wayne Lamoreaux, his amazing RN Andrea and the entire staff at CCNW was greater than 5 stars! I was always treated with respect, compassion and kindness. Treatments were explained, my questions were answered and the care I received was done in a professional manner. I would recommend CCNW and Dr. Lamoreaux without reservations.
The whole facility is state of the art modern equipment. The staffing has customers needs taken care of, anything, just ask. Dr. Lee and Rickie are down to earth people. And all the imaging and radiation are by people who honestly care about you. Kuddo to Mike in radiation for the classic rock and roll. Very fortunate to be here in the PNW with this outstanding care, just up the road from my home. May God bless you all.
This is a review of the Radiation department under Dr Lee, I'm a repeat patient and everyone one of his staff is encouraging and respectful. They all work together as a great team! From the beginning, with the simulation tech Serena, just a precious lady; the schedulers Treena & Stephanie, both so patient; therapists Mike, Carrie & Krista all making sure I'm comfortable!; and the nurses Riki, Chloe & Emily making sure my concerns are communicated to Dr Lee. I feel well cared for during one of the most difficult times of life. Thank you all!
