I had a new patient visit with Emily H. PA-C, which was wonderful. Wait times were within reason. Her MA was excellent as well, I believe her name was Sarah. I felt listened to, and not rushed. They were efficient, but also warm, and personable. Emily is so knowledgeable and takes her time explaining options and reasoning. Great experience!
It's ok. I feel like there in no sense of urgency when it comes to getting appointments. No it's not an emergency but I am struggling physically. Getting told I need to wait 2-3 weeks to even make an appointment after waiting months to get the referral approval.
When you first walk in, it is quiet, clean and very calm environment. Once you get checked in, it’s a very quick turnaround rate. They get you in so fast, they take care of you and then you get rescheduled and you leave. Those that need their blood drawn, it’s even quicker. You check in, they call your name within minutes, you go in and you’re out within the next five minutes. This is an excellent place with a very lovely and nice staff.
