Eric Elliott picked up the phone at 7pm in the evening. A call from me just figuring I would leave a message on the business so they could get back to me next day. I quickly explained to Eric that I was computer illiterate...needed help just hooking up a computer to get it to work. (Note...had called Geek Squad first, they couldn't get to me for a week!). He was at dinner but was super gracious .....listened....and said he could drop by on his way home around 9pm. Eric and his team are my go-to tech support! I am a sole-Entrepreneur and I don't have the luxury of on-demand tech support. I always have found that I can get support on the day I call, with a few exceptions when hardware needs to be upgraded. I highly recommend working with Computer Services NW. They always give you an idea of the effort and cost estimate up front. They are great to work with on a personal level too.

I've been a customer since the Valley Tech days and continue to leverage Eric's help to get any issue resolved. Most of the time they remote into my system and fixes things. And on occasion someone on the team will meet me at my home office.

My computer stopped working and it was almost midnight. I googled computer repairs from my phone and found Computer Service NW. I called at that time of night thinking I was going to get a recording but, Eric answered. I was really embarrassed but he was welcoming and professional. We made arrangements for the next day, and don't you know my car broke. When it rains it pours. Eric met me outside my home took my computer in and I was able to pick it up that same afternoon.
