This PC Repair business was kind enough to offer step-by-step instructions that allowed our printer to return to life - something which fit our Small Church budget nicely.

Back away from the computer and do not start randomly clicking in self attempt to fix it. He’s great dealing with this stressful situation. The best part is that he drives to YOUR HOUSE to either fix on site or take it to do further investigation and solution. I can quickly get back to running my business with little downtime.
